After many years of the same looking homepage, Club Penguin has decided to give it a little upgrade. On the Club Penguin Blog, Polo Field posted a brand new sneak peek of a brand new homepage design coming this week. On it, you can notice a brand new navigation bar along with a possible slider at the bottom. You can find a picture of this below.

My favorite part about this is probably the aurora background. I really love the colors and believe it or not, it gets me excited for the holidays. I also really like how it looks nice and sleek. Yesterday, Polo Field published a new picture of the upcoming Holiday Party 2012 on the Club Penguin Blog. In this picture, we can see more of the room and what we can expect. We can find new things this year, one of them being a possible counter on the amount of coins donated. Check out a picture of this below.

I honestly, love this sneak peek. It really got me excited for the upcoming party and got me into that holiday mood. In addition, it seems as if they have redesigned quite a few things. You can also see the counter on the left along with the icons for the three things that Club Penguin is supporting. Maybe they will place a check underneath the icon for the cause that is winning? Well that’s just my guess.

With another quick week passing by, the Club Penguin Times Issue 371 has been released. As always, the newspaper will include the main article, supporting article, and the upcoming events. We will provide a brief summary of each section in this post below. In this newspaper, we got the latest news on Herbert and how the temperature on the island has been rising. We also got news on possible signs that Herbert’s plans are failing, one of them being that we don’t know where he currently is. Lastly, we got the scoop on the latest events coming to the island in the future. Without any further ado, lets begin our post.

Within the main article, we can get the latest news on whether Herbert’s plan is failing or not. In the article, it states how it seems as if Herbert has lost power because we currently do not know where he is. Are the EPF causing trouble behind the scenes? In the image for this article, you can notice some confused penguins wondering about this. Have the EPF agents once again defeated Herbert? Only time will tell about our possible success. By the dialogue used, it seems as if penguins have calmed down and everything is slowly coming back to normal.

In the supporting article, you will find more details regarding the environment of the island. By the looks of it, many EPF agents have been captured and the temperatures are dropping to dangerous levels. Herbert was overheard at a fancy party, expressing his anger towards one free EPF agent. There is still somebody out there that has proved to be smarter than the plans of this pesky polar bear. According to this, the darkest time for the island has arrived. Will the EPF prevail? Check out this article for the entire buzz on what is going on.

Last, but certainly not least, we have arrived to the Upcoming Events section. In this section we will find the latest news on what will come to Club Penguin in the future. Personally, I really like reading this section because I’m always up to date on what is going on. This week, it tells us about the new catalogs coming out soon, also we got the news that the pins are now back to the island.

Well that concludes our post for this week. I’m excited that we are starting to defeat Herbert and we will rule once again in a matter of days. With the updates today, a brand new Club Penguin pin was released. The name of the pin this week is First Aid Pin. Well I believe that there could be two themes for this pin. First off, I believe it could be in the theme for the hospital set up at the Lighthouse. I also believe that it can be for the upcoming Holiday Party 2012 next month. It may allow us to show our support for one of the causes Coins for Change is donating to, providing medical care. Check out our guide on how to obtain this pin below.

1. Log on to any Club Penguin server.
2. Head over to the Mine.
3. You will find the pin at the top left.
4. When prompted, click “Yes” to obtain the pin.

After using our simple Club Penguin Cheats, you now should have obtained the brand new pin on the island. As you can see, there is a first aid symbol with a Puffle in the middle. Just today, Spike Hike posted a Card Jitsu Snow teaser on his Twitter. In the picture, you can see the entrance to a room, labeled, “CJ Snow.” I think it’s amazing how we now know that Card Jitsu Snow is right around the corner. Spike Hike stated that it would be released in 2013, however, it’s currently unknown which month it’s planned to be released in. Check out a picture of this below.
